As an International Market Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations related to international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Your role will be crucial in informing strategic decision-making and driving business growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including market research reports, industry publications, government databases, and internal company data systems.

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations related to international market dynamics, including market size, growth rates, customer demographics, and competitive positioning.

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand market conditions, competitive landscapes, regulatory environments, and emerging trends in target international markets.

• Consumer Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to uncover consumer insights and preferences, including purchasing behavior, product preferences, and brand perception.

• Forecasting and Predictive Modeling: Develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate future market trends and consumer behavior in international markets.

• Data Visualization: Create clear and concise visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to present complex data findings in an accessible and actionable format for stakeholders.

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and marketing teams.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to integrate market data insights into strategic planning and decision-making processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices, new methodologies, and emerging technologies in data analytics and market research. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.


• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence, with a focus on international markets.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software, such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio, is a plus.

• Familiarity with international business concepts, market entry strategies, and global trade dynamics.
